The best thing about autumn are the beautiful yellow, orange and red leaves. Unfortunately, these leaves weren’t this bright red in real life, but it’s the thought that counts (and the aesthetic). I really felt like playing around with typography and wanted to celebrate the change of seasons, so I ended up making a few posters.
The photos below were all taken during my bike trip to the Amsterdamse Bos last week. The leaves were a beautiful, bright yellow. Additionally, I cheated a bit by editing photos I took during my trip to Luxembourg in 2012 (above). These were actually taken during the height of summer, but I changed the colour of the green leaves into an orange-red spectrum (it’s a bit sloppy though). I think they turned out quite alright. I’m thinking about using a similar theme to make a few “autumn” wallpapers. Do you guys like these designs?
